All apartments are furnished and have beds enough to accommodate students assigned to them. Apartments are not fancy. Students that have particular needs may want to arrange their own housing. Apartments vary widely in size and amenities. None has air-conditioning or telephone and many do not have washing machines. Cell phones are easily available and inexpensive to rent. All apartments are within walking distance of the school. (max 25 minute walk)

Important! Most rooms in Florentine apartments are double occupancy. We CANNOT guarantee any student a single room. Students should indicate a second choice for housing when filling out the housing form. Those students that request a double room will not, in any case, be charge for a single room. All housing fees are due one month prior to the beginning of program. Those that pay for single occupancy, and are subsequently placed in a double room will be refunded the difference in price, $100 per month, by U.S. check. Apartments are rented for the full month (even if you are not there the full time) Rental period starts at noon on the first of the month and ends at noon on the last day of the month. Private Apartments Those students wishing to stay in their own single apartment should contact the Registrar by email at info@santareparata.org to arrange housing. Students staying in private apartments will be contacted one month prior to the start of the course with specific information on apartment and price. Upon notification, student will be responsible for paying the full rent and deposits prior to arrival.. Arrival in Florence When you arrive in Florence you will take a taxi to the school to pick up your keys. You will be accompanied to your apartment by a staff member. IMPORTANT!! The office at Santa Reparata is open from 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Those arriving over the weekend or after 7pm must make their own arrangements to stay in a hotel. You must notify us of your arrival time and date on the application form or if you do not have the information yet it is very important that you notify us as soon as possible by email to dolsen@santareparata.org, please include your name and what program course you are enrolled in. We recommend when booking your flight that you arrive directly in Florence as the cost of transportation from Rome or Milan may be more costly.
